COVID-19 Safety

Theatre Southwest is committed to keeping everyone... our patrons, volunteers, cast, directors, crew, and tech safe. To help ensure that your experience is safe, and that you are comfortable during your visit, we have implemented several health and safety protocols. This page is to help provide an overview of these protocols, to help provide a sense of our seriousness in the safety of everyone who visits.

  • Face masks are strongly encouraged, per guidelines issued by the state

  • Social Distancing is advised

  • Hand sanitizing stations are provided - please utilize them

  • Plexiglass is in place at the concession booth

  • Theatre personnel will perform frequent cleaning before, during, and after every show

For our Patrons:

  • We encourage at-home printing of tickets, to help minimize check-in time

  • Seating capacity is limited - please purchase tickets in advance, or at least have your reservations in place

  • We will extend intermissions, as needed, to prevent congestion

NOTE: If you are feeling ill on the night of your scheduled viewing, we ask that you call or email us, and please stay home. We will happily make arrangements for you to see a show at another time, without penalty. 

While Theatre Southwest is implementing measures to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, we cannot guarantee that you and/or your guests will not be exposed or become infected with COVID-19. By attending Theatre Southwest, you and your guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure of COVID-19 and agree not to hold Theatre Southwest, or any of its affiliates, volunteers, members, or other personnel liable for any illness or injury.
